Michael has an academic and professional background spanning healthcare management and accounting. He holds a Master of Healthcare Management from Murdoch University, Australia, as well as Associate Degrees in Accounting and Arts from the USA.

He has contributed publications in the healthcare sector.

An Advocate of the High Court of Kenya and a lecturer in Law at the Catholic University of Eastern Africa (CUEA). He is also a Chartered Insurer by examination from London and a Certified Professional Mediator and practitioner. He has served on several public boards in Kenya, including the College of Insurance and the Policyholders Compensation Fund.

Dr. Ogola has more than 17 years of experience in research, programme evaluation and livestock/public-health initiatives across East Africa. His expertise includes monitoring and evaluation, epidemiological and statistical analysis, scientific writing and animal-health programme development. He has undertaken consultancy and research work with organizations including ITAD, EcoHealth Alliance, VSF Germany, ILRI and USAID-supported programmes.

A finance and advisory professional with a background in accounting, cost accounting, taxation, banking and finance. He has eight years of banking experience and postgraduate training in Banking & Finance, Tax Administration, and Diplomacy & International Studies. He currently provides financial, tax and management advisory services to SMEs and corporate organizations
